RESERVATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATIONS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER

The Customer may make a down payment of 20% of the total accommodation price of the villa/apartment via Credit Card on the website or via Virtual POS, Money Order or EFT to the EDEN OF OLUDENIZ account or in advance; and in the event of cancellation of the reservation, which will be valid from the date of the reservation, at his/her own request before the reservation date;

-For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the accommodation date, the refund of the deposit fee (20% of the Total Accommodation Fee) received by EDEN OF OLUDENIZ for the pre-reservation cannot be requested;

- In case of cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the accommodation date, the refund of the deposit fee (20% of the Total Accommodation Fee) taken by EDEN OF OLUDENIZ for the pre-reservation cannot be requested and the villa/apartment owner is obliged to pay the entire remaining accommodation fee to the villa/apartment owner's account.

The reasoned cancellation notification to be made by the customer must be made to EDEN OF OLUDENIZ in writing or by e-mail. Notifications not made in writing or by e-mail do not constitute validity for cancellation and do not eliminate the validity of the above-mentioned conditions. Unless EDEN OF OLUDENIZ notifies the customer of the cancellation of the reservation in writing or by e-mail, the reservation cancellation is not deemed to be approved and the above-mentioned conditions continue to be valid. The reservation cancellation date is valid from the moment the cancellation notification made by the customer reaches EDEN OF OLUDENIZ under the above-mentioned conditions.

In case of cancellation, EDEN OF OLUDENIZ is entitled to receive the above-mentioned payments from the customer based on the total accommodation price specified in the accommodation agreement in order to compensate for the measures taken, expenses and grievances of the villa/apartment owners regarding the accommodation.

CANCELLATIONS MADE BY EDEN OF OLUDENIZ DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE

In case of unforeseen circumstances (sudden problems in the infrastructure, flood, fire, damage to the building support system, etc.) in the rented Villas/Apartments, EDEN OF OLUDENIZ has the right to cancel your reservation. This situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible with the reasons. In such and similar cases, EDEN OF OLUDENIZ will try to offer a different accommodation opportunity that is available on the same dates and is equivalent to the rented villa/apartment. The customer has the right to receive a full refund of the payment made. EDEN OF OLUDENIZ is obliged to refund the amount of the payment received from the customer equal to the commission fee of the total accommodation fee. The remaining payment refund is the responsibility of the villa/apartment owner and EDEN OF OLUDENIZ cannot be held responsible for the refund of this fee.    

If the customer does not pay the remaining payment to the villa/apartment owner at the time of booking, EDEN OF OLUDENIZ reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question, not to refund the previously paid fee, to apply the above-mentioned items in the same manner and to accept another reservation for this villa.

EDEN OF OLUDENIZ cannot be held responsible for non-use of the villa/apartment, including the cases of termination of the contract without a written notice or due to a reason arising from the fault of the customer, provided that it is effective from the reservation confirmation with the express statement of the parties to this contract. The entire amount shown in the contract becomes due on the agreed delivery date of the villa/apartment, and all legal rights of EDEN OF OLUDENIZ in this regard are reserved.
